1. Report the Issue Immediately
Critical Timeline
Email us at support@medbuddy.co.in within 1 hour of discovering the loss.
2. Card Blocking & Suspension
Once reported, we initiate the following safety protocols:
- Permanent Block: Your lost card is deactivated and cannot be reused or cloned.
- Session Termination: Any active logins on other devices are automatically logged out.
- Temporary Suspension: Your account is paused until identity re-verification is complete.
3. Restoring Access
To receive a replacement card or regain account access, you must complete:
- Aadhaar-based OTP verification
- Mobile number authentication
- Identity review by our security team
4. Data Integrity
Rest assured, your medical reports, history, and files remain safe and encrypted. The card is only a key; your actual data is stored in our secure cloud and will reconnect to your new card automatically.
